A DIFFERENT APPROACH
The value of careful clinical judgment.
Psychiatric symptoms rarely exist in isolation. They emerge within a person’s medical history, relationships, responsibilities, and particular circumstances.
Good clinical judgment requires examining not only which treatments might help, but which may be unnecessary, poorly tolerated, or no longer appropriate.
At Verigrate, the aim is to support health and human flourishing through careful evaluation, thoughtful treatment, and respect for the individual. Decisions are made with you, with attention to clear thinking, sleep, work, relationships, and the goals you choose to pursue.
HOW WE CAN HELP
Complex questions deserve considered answers.
Treatment and prescribing decisions depend on individual clinical circumstances and applicable Arkansas and federal requirements.

MEET YOUR PHYSICIAN
Christian S. Monsalve, M.D.
Dr. Monsalve is the Founder and Medical Director of Verigrate Health. A Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he completed his psychiatry residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
He founded Verigrate as an independent practice focused on complex psychopharmacology and psychiatric deprescribing. Thoughtful prescribing includes assessing when medication is useful and when treatment warrants reconsideration. Dr. Monsalve personally conducts every consultation and physician follow-up.
Licensed in 45 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Arkansas, he provides services in English and Spanish.
NATIONAL ACCESS · PERSONAL CARE
45 states and Washington, D.C. One physician.
Dr. Monsalve maintains medical licensure across 45 states and Washington, D.C., including Arkansas. For eligible patients, this can allow care with the same physician to continue during a move or travel between states where he is licensed and care is permitted.
Continuity means that changes in symptoms and treatment can be considered by a physician who knows your history. Availability depends on your physical location and applicable requirements at each visit; multistate licensure does not make care available in every location.

BEGINNING CARE
Time for a thorough psychiatric evaluation.
60-minute initial consultation — $1,000
A direct psychiatric evaluation with Dr. Monsalve to examine your history and current concerns, review previous treatment, and discuss diagnostic and treatment considerations.
The consultation may stand alone. Ongoing care is considered separately; it is neither guaranteed nor required. Verigrate is a private-pay practice. Please review the existing fee, payment, scheduling, and cancellation terms before booking.
FOR PHYSICIANS, PSYCHOLOGISTS & THERAPISTS
For colleagues navigating complex cases.
Dr. Monsalve welcomes consultation and appropriate referrals from physicians, psychologists, and therapists caring for patients in Arkansas. Consultation can address diagnostic clarification, psychopharmacologic questions, medication review and deprescribing, or uncertainty about an existing treatment plan.
When clinically appropriate and authorized by the patient, he can communicate findings and recommendations to the established clinical team. A focused consultation may support the existing treatment relationship without transferring ongoing care.
