Private Psychiatry Fees
Begin with a comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric consultation conducted personally by Christian S. Monsalve, M.D. The consultation may stand alone; ongoing private psychiatry is optional and offered selectively when appropriate.
01 — Initial Psychiatric Consultation
60 minutes · One-time consultation
A comprehensive psychiatric consultation for diagnostic clarification, complex medication questions, psychiatric second opinions, and individualized treatment planning.
02 — Comprehensive Case Review & Second Opinion
Extended record review · Complex cases
For cases requiring substantial review of prior psychiatric records, medication history, testing, or previous treatment. Records are reviewed and integrated into an individualized psychiatric assessment and recommendations.
Not required for a standard initial consultation.
03 — Ongoing Private Psychiatry
annual private-care fee · $1,000–$2,000 monthly equivalent
For patients accepted into ongoing care, the annual fee is determined individually following consultation. It reflects the anticipated complexity of care, frequency of visits, coordination with other clinicians, and degree of physician involvement between appointments.
Ongoing care is optional and offered selectively.
