Private Psychiatry Fees
Begin with a comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric consultation conducted personally by Christian S. Monsalve, M.D. The consultation may stand alone; ongoing private psychiatry is optional and offered selectively when appropriate.
01 — Initial Psychiatric Consultation
60 minutes · One-time consultation
A comprehensive psychiatric consultation for diagnostic clarification, complex medication questions, psychiatric second opinions, and individualized treatment planning.
02 — Comprehensive Case Review & Second Opinion
Extended record review · Complex cases
For cases requiring substantial review of prior psychiatric records, medication history, testing, or previous treatment. Records are reviewed and integrated into an individualized psychiatric assessment and recommendations.
Not required for a standard initial consultation.
03 — Ongoing Private Psychiatry
Monthly Membership: $1,200–$2,400
For patients accepted into ongoing care, the appropriate membership arrangement is determined individually following consultation, based on clinical complexity, anticipated physician involvement, frequency of care, coordination needs, and the degree of reserved capacity required.
For unusually complex or intensive care needs, a different arrangement or additional professional services may be proposed when appropriate. Any such arrangement is discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Ongoing care is optional and offered selectively, beginning only after mutual agreement following the initial psychiatric consultation. Membership arrangements reflect the anticipated scope and intensity of care rather than diagnosis alone. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and other separately priced procedures are not included in membership.
04 — Comprehensive Accelerated Treatment

Dallas · physician-led psychiatric review + accelerated TMS
A concentrated episode of care combining comprehensive psychiatric review, individualized treatment planning, and one-day accelerated TMS when clinically appropriate. Attention is given to diagnosis, prior response, medication burden, opportunities to simplify or deprescribe, and other modifiable contributors to psychiatric health.
Every accelerated treatment program begins with physician evaluation. TMS is recommended only when it is considered an appropriate part of the broader treatment plan. The initial psychiatric consultation is $1,000 separately.
PRIVATE / DESTINATION CARE

Approved residence, hotel, or destination · individually coordinated
The same clinical model may be arranged at a suitable private residence, hotel, or destination for patients seeking greater discretion and convenience. Private deployment is particularly accessible for selected patients in Teaneck, Bergen County, New York City, and northern New Jersey. Fees reflect trained TMS treatment specialist time, professional equipment transport, travel, scheduling, privacy requirements, and logistical coordination. More complex arrangements are quoted individually.
