01 — Initial Psychiatric Consultation

A comprehensive psychiatric consultation conducted personally by Christian S. Monsalve, M.D. The consultation may stand alone or, when appropriate, serve as the beginning of ongoing care.
02 — Ongoing Private Psychiatry

For patients accepted into ongoing care, annual membership fees generally range from approximately $12,000 to $24,000.
Membership is determined individually based on clinical complexity, anticipated frequency of care, and the scope of physician involvement and coordination required.
Ongoing care is offered selectively when clinically appropriate, mutually agreeable, and available.
