PRIVATE-LOCATION NEUROMODULATION

This is not a consumer home TMS device.
This is not self-administered brain stimulation. For selected patients, a trained TMS treatment specialist travels with professional equipment to a clinically suitable private setting under physician direction, with screening, safety procedures, and follow-up integrated into psychiatric care. The foundational guide explains how transcranial magnetic stimulation works.

APPROVED PRIVATE LOCATION
Not every residence is an appropriate treatment setting.
A private residence must be suitable for safe equipment placement, treatment delivery, privacy, clinical monitoring, and emergency planning. Verigrate Health may recommend office-based treatment instead when a private location is not appropriate.

Clinical evaluation comes first.
Private-location treatment is considered only after psychiatric evaluation and TMS candidacy review. Diagnosis, treatment history, seizure risk, implanted devices, medications, bipolar-spectrum symptoms, psychosis, substance use, neurologic conditions, and the physical treatment environment may affect eligibility.

EVIDENCE AND INTEGRATION
WHY SINGLE-DAY DELIVERY MATTERS
Reducing repeated travel without separating treatment from psychiatric care.
Conventional TMS typically requires repeated clinic visits over several weeks. Accelerated approaches were developed in part to reduce that logistical burden. The 2025 single-day case series specifically discussed potential access advantages for patients who live far from treatment centers, have mobility limitations, or have limited time available.
The published study delivered treatment in clinical settings. It did not evaluate at-home TMS. Private-location delivery introduces additional clinical, safety, operational, and jurisdictional requirements and is considered separately from the scientific evidence for the treatment schedule itself.
