Hotel treatment is not automatic. Any hotel setting requires property approval and clinical, operational, and safety review; no hotel partnership is implied.
PHYSICIAN-LED CARE
Who may be considered for private one-day TMS?
Candidacy depends on diagnosis, prior response, medication exposure, bipolar-spectrum symptoms, psychosis, seizure and neurologic risk, implanted devices, substance use, medical contributors, and the suitability of the private environment. Not everyone is an appropriate candidate.
EVIDENCE CONTEXT
An emerging single-day treatment model.
A 2025 retrospective, open-label case series followed 32 adults with major depression through a single approximately 9.5-hour treatment day in a clinical setting. The study reported encouraging outcomes, but lacked a sham comparator, included pharmacologic augmentation, and requires randomized replication. It did not study treatment at home or in hotels.

MORE THAN A PROCEDURE
Not a consumer home device.
Private treatment uses professional TMS equipment administered by a trained TMS treatment specialist under physician direction and oversight. It is not self-administered or consumer home TMS. Privacy is not an ancillary amenity; it is part of how care is designed.
